8 Limbs:  Slow Flow and Restore

This will be an intensional flow to relieve stress and tension in our bodies.  Slow flow is as much a deep listening practice as it is about experiencing physical movement. The pace allows us to find balance between strength and grace.

We will take sacred pauses in restorative postures to clear and calm our minds, creating a sense of awareness through breath work and ending with a body scan meditation in Yoga Nidra.  You will leave feeling open and present with the ability to navigate more gracefully in real time.

    CORPORATE YOGA
    Empower Growth in the Workplace

Are you struggling to create strong team dynamics in your workplace? I’ve figured out how to turn colleagues into friends and advocates for each other with my weekly workplace yoga practice. Like the saying goes, teams that practice (yoga) together stay together!

I’ve spent the last decade teaching yoga and helping businesses create healthy, connected workplaces. I discovered teaching yoga after more than a decade as a senior manager in corporate fashion industry, where I traveled the country building and training teams. These days, I’m passionate about bridging these two worlds. I’m a Holistic Health Coach and a lifelong yoga practitioner. My practice is educational and tailored to the workplace, giving employees the opportunity to live in happier and healthier bodies, at work and at home.

Here’s how you can make health and happiness part of the fabric of your business…

    1. We get on a call to figure out exactly what your team needs and to schedule the sessions.

    2. I send out a quick survey to your team to determine their needs and requests and anything else that will ensure that they have a rewarding and positive experience.

    3. I show up before the yoga session with the mats and props, and we practice yoga together!

Prices start a $150 per 60-minute session, with package discounts available. I’m booking new clients for 2024, so lock in your time slot before they fill up by emailing me at Shelly@rightlivingwellness.com or calling me at  847-322-6251.

    KIDS and FAMILY  YOGA

My mission is to hold a loving, safe space for children to discover their confidence, balance and inner self through the core values of mindfulness and yoga

I am a certified  kids and adult yoga instructor who transforms movement, mindfulness and storytelling into a fun experience for kids!  I also taught preschool for 4 years, learning that mindfulness was a missing component in the classroom.

I have been teaching kids yoga in Seattle since 2016; leading as many as 25 children's yoga classes per week.  This allows me to connect with over 200 kids in loving and  kind yoga space weekly.  I teach children of all ages, ranging from early childhood centers, daycares, pre-K, elementary, as well as, high school students.  I have a sincere passion for meeting kids where they are at and inviting them to explore their mind, breath and body as one.

Yoga and mindfulness practices have a positive impact on kids and learning. Yoga can help to increase academic readiness. The physical movement and mindfulness associated with yoga can help to develop the brain for learning!

    • Yoga can be modified to support any age, goal and ability level.

    • The inclusive nature and ability to be practiced almost anywhere, with very little equipment makes yoga a great fit for classrooms, play spaces, and after school programs.

    • Yoga can be incorporated into your curriculum at any time during the school day.
